Check-in/-out policy:

Check-in time from 3:00 PM
Check-out time until 10:00 AM

(Late check-out fees: After 10:30AM -> 15€, after 12:00AM -> 30€, after 16:00PM -> full current daily rate needs to be paid!)

Pet policy:

Please kindly note that pets are not allowed in the hotel!

Child Policy:

Free accommodation for children up to twelve years old sharing the room with the parents (two adults)
Free breakfast up to six years old and 50% discount on breakfast between six-twelve years old children.

Invoicing:

In case the appropriate name and address is important for you on the issued invoice of our services, case of deposit please indicate it in advance when the reservation is made, in other cases until the departure date.

After departure date there is no option to modify the customer’s name on the invoice.

FAQ

- Is it a problem to check-in late at night? 

        -> Definitely not a problem! Our Reception is open 24/7

- Can we leave our bags in the hotel before/after check-in/-out? 

        -> Yes you can, the hotel has a luggage room available for our guests.

- Does the hotel have a lift in the building?

        -> No, unfortunately there is no lift in City Hotel Pilvax.

- Is it possible to check-in earlier or check-out later?

        -> Official check-in time is 3:00PM but if your room is ready you can get it earlier, but it cannot be guaranteed. Late check-out has an extra cost, please ask the Receptionist!
